WE BELIEVE in fitness and friendships! Workout with people who will encourage and motivate you. Our supportive community is good for your heart in more ways than one.

Engaging in physical activities with friends not only makes the exercise more enjoyable but also fosters a sense of accountability and support, which can enhance commitment to fitness goals. Our classes provide a fun and dynamic environment where friends can encourage each other, share achievements, and even enjoy a little healthy competition. Whether it's yoga, cycling, or dance, participating together can strengthen friendships and build a supportive network that extends beyond the gym. Additionally, the social aspect of group classes can alleviate stress, boost mental health, and create lasting memories, making the journey to fitness a more fulfilling experience.

The instructors truly care about you. The classes offer a variety of engaging and challenging science-based workouts, with something for everyone. The workouts change every 12 weeks; just enough time to start to feel complacent, and they challenge you all over with a new workout. I'm definitely planning on my lifetime membership.

I discovered this place through ClassPass, and it's the one place I find myself consistently coming back to. I've tried Group Groove and Group Fight. Even as a person who hates exercise, these classes are both so fun. The instructors are friendly and positive, as are the other ladies in the class! It's a room full of real women, of all sizes, shapes, ages, and fitness levels. Everyone's so welcoming, and I think I come back as much for the people as I do for the workout!

I have been a member of Reclaimed Fitness for over a year.  During Covid lockdown I live-streamed classes and so enjoyed having Cathleen teaching me in my own living room. It made those dreary months pass by and helped me maintain my fitness level and health.Now that I am able to attend the gym in person I realize how much my strength, mobility, and balance have improved.  The classes are well-planned, enjoyable, and excellently taught.  I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and the camaraderie in each class I attend. I am an avid tennis and pickleball player and I 100% credit my workouts at Reclaimed Fitness for keeping me flexible and injury free.  Cathleen has been talking about the importance of core strength and mobility for as long as I have known her, but it really hit home for me when I started playing tennis.  I see so many players who can't even bend down to pick up a ball.  People always ask me why I often pass up tennis opportunities to workout instead.  Cross training is so important.  My workouts at RF improve my body and give back what the hard impact of tennis takes away.  Not to mention the classes are downright fun!
